The campground lies in a panoramic setting between the HOHE TAUERN National Park and the NOCKBERGE Biosphere Park, in the heart of the Malta Valley.  We are located in the Oberland region of Austria's southernmost province, Carinthia, at an elevation of 800 metres above sea level. The valley is shielded by the main Alpine ridge to the north, while being influenced by the Mediterranean climate flowing in from the south.
220 campsites are located on an area totalling 3.5 hectares - most of the 80-110m² sites feature water and waste-water hook-ups, while all sites do, of course, have electric.  2 sanitation stations ensure total camping comfort.  The graphic will give you a better overview of the campground's layout.
