Hotel bookings, deposits, payment and cancellation:
Please submit your booking either using the Hotel Inquiry and Booking Form, or by calling us on the phone.  You will receive prompt confirmation of your reservations. We ask that you make a deposit of Euro 150 for each week of your booking.  Your booking is only guaranteed upon receipt of this deposit.
Please deposit your payment to our bank account.  Here is the information you will require: Acct. No. 50483430000 at the Volksbank Gmünd; Branch No. BLZ 43380, A-9853 Gmünd. You will also need to supply your bank with the following codes to facilitate the transfer -
IBAN: AT07 4338 0504 8343 0000; BIC (=SWIFT): VOGKAT21XXX
 
In the event you cancel your vacation up to four weeks prior to the scheduled start of your stay, your deposit will be returned to you, minus a processing fee amounting to Euro 25 per week of your booking.  Should you cancel your stay within 4 weeks of your scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation penalty!  We recommend taking out an insurance policy to cover you against the eventuality of having to cancel your vacation. If needed, we would be glad to send you the necessary form.  Austrian Federal Hotel Guidelines apply in all instances!  Seat of Jurisdiction: Spittal/Drau.
You may pay your hotel bill either in cash or with your EC Card. A bank and ATM are only 300 metres from us.  Special offers and rebates only apply to cash payments!
